Middle River Lookout is an architecturally designed beach home offering breathtaking views of Kangaroo Island's prestine northern coastline.  Located on top of Constitution Hill and only minutes away from beautiful Snelling Beach, Middle River Lookout offers four spacious bedrooms and comfortably sleeps eight people.

The home features a spacious open-plan living and dining area fully furnished and equipped with TV, DVD and CD player.  The large main bedroom has built-in robes and ensuite.  A second bathroom provides a bath, shower and separate toilet.  The private, paved, outdoor area features both gas and electric BBQs.

Guests can relax and enjoy the views on this secluded 27 acre property teaming with native wildlife, including friendly wallabies, blue fairy wrens and the odd koala.  Sheltered Snelling Beach offers a spectatular treat for fishing and diving enthusiasts.
