Pricing
$220 per night for 2 people + $10 per extra person over 11 years of age.

17 December to 7 January - flat rate $300 per night (up to 8 people).

Easter long weekend - $300 per night.

Payment in full is required 30 days prior to commencement of stay.

Off-peak Discount
1 May to 31 October attracts discount of 20%. Excludes school holidays, long weekends. Cannot be used in conjunction with long stay discount.

Long Stay Discount
Long stay discount of 10% is available for stays of 7 nights or more. Cannot be used 17 Dec - 7 Jan or over easter long weekend. Cannot be used in conjunction with off-peak discount. For more information please email enquiries@middleriverlookout.com.au or call Doug on 0417 002 521.

Booking Guarantee
It is a requirement that $200 be paid to guarantee the booking. This cost will be subtracted from the booking cost.

Linen
Linen can be supplied for $10 per person per stay. Includes bedding and bath towels only. Quilts are provided regardless.

Cancellation Conditions
Bookings cancelled over 60 days prior to arrival date can be fully refunded.
$200 booking guarantee is forfeited if the booking is cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival date.
If booking is cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival date, 50% of total booking cost is forfeited.
Bookings cancelled 14 days or less before booking date will result in complete forfeit of payment.
